What format does this come in?
Lead the Build is a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx file). It is fully compatible with Excel 2016 and later on both Mac and PC. It also opens and functions in Google Sheets, though some dropdown formatting may appear slightly different.
Do I need to know how to use Excel to use this?
You do not need to be an Excel expert. The workbook is built so you can open it, read the START HERE tab, and get to work.
